We’re sort of surprised that no one has tried to make “farm-casual” or “fast-farm” a thing. But if they ever do, they’ll probably start with Flour. This is a fast-casual cafe and bakery with an extensive seasonal menu of sandwiches and salads filled with things like heirloom beans, black quinoa, and pickled tomatoes. It’s a great option for lunch, and the pastry selection is outstanding.
