Half brewhouse, half pizza hall, Pinthouse Pizza is a revelation. The original Burnet location’s space is covered in wood and tastefully decorated as if it plans on sticking around for at least a hundred years. The greatest triumph of Pinthouse Pizza is their daily lunch special: any 10” personal pizza and personal salad for $9.75. You can add a cold beer on top of that for just a few more bucks. We can’t say enough good things about this, as the personal pizza is quite substantial.
We’ve heard rumblings that it can become too crowded, but we’ve been many times for lunch and dinner and have yet to experience such a phenomenon. This place is warm, inviting, and filled with friendly staff eager to better your experience. This may be the best casual sit-down pizza experience in town.
This is a specialty pie that’s not always offered. If it’s available, get it. They lay Sriracha sauce, jalapeños, and everything else that would be deconstructed from the traditional Vietnamese sandwich on top of pizza dough.
Spinach, blue cheese, pecans, dried cranberries, and poppy seed dressing. This is available to order as the side in the lunch combo.
The pizza roll game has been raised. These carb bombs loaded with cheese and pepperoni will destroy your physique in no time so plan on making sure that gym membership is on the books before you order.
Pinthouse brews their own, which are all excellent choices despite offering many other taps from around the world.
