Mrs. Johnson’s Bakery has been a staple in Austin’s late night donut scene since the 1940s, in that time amassing a dedicated fan base of UT students and bar goers in search of sustenance after a long night of partying and/or studying (but probably not both). They’ve undergone some ownership changes and renovations in more recent times, but most fan favorites have remained untouched.
