Our ideal afternoon these days involves a couch, a good book, and food that makes us feel like the equivalent of a warm down blanket, like the super tacos from El Gran Taco Loco in Excelsior. They’re essentially regular-sized tacos topped with large dollops of guacamole and sour cream. Get them with the tender and lightly crispy carnitas, or carne asada. El Gran Taco Loco also has tortas, burritos, nachos, and quesadillas for takeout, too.
