Not only does 11th Street Bar pull some of the finest pints of Guinness in the East Village, they also have live music five nights a week, and a packed bar full of Reds singing “You’ll Never Walk Alone” on Saturday mornings. Doubling as a Liverpool FC bar, this Irish pub has a long oaken bar, Irish whiskey on tap, and full, 20 oz pours of Guinness for $9, served in vintage glasses. For when the beer is going down a bit too easy, they also have soft pretzels and a $7 ham-and-cheese toastie that comes with a personal bottle of English mustard. This place has been around since 1997, and it’s still a good spot to gather with a large group over stouts—whether or not you support Liverpool.
