World Empanada isn't the most authentic empanada, but it’s definitely one of the best in LA. In a short amount of time, the well-kept little shop (open all day from 8am-7pm) has developed a gigantic following, and it’s because they’re putting their own twist on a classic comfort food, and you’re going to want all of it.
