While there are no shortage of elite taco spots throughout LA, Guisados is still one of our favorites. With about 14 different kinds of tacos on the menu, there isn’t one you shouldn’t order. And that’s why you get the sampler platter. Six tacos of your choosing, $6.99 out of your wallet. Life is good. The taco behemoth is expanding rapidly, with locations stretching all the way from Boyle Heights to West Hollywood. Even better news for you and your uncontrollable taco urges.

Mole Poblano

Even if you don’t like mole (not sure why you wouldn’t), this thing is downright phenomenal and worth getting separate from the taco sampler.

Taco Sampler

If it’s your first time to Guisados, you’re pretty much obligated to order this. For us, the default choices for this are all perfect, with the exception of the chicharron - the texture is just slightly off. But the good news is this place is happy to sub in another taco (go with chorizo or the chuleta).
