Grand Central Market
In the span of just five years, Grand Central Market has become an essential LA food experience. There are plenty of tourists who’ve figured this out, but don’t let that stop you - GCM is always worth your time. There’s a mix of old-school tenants who’ve been there for years (China Cafe and their wonton soup, carnitas at Tacos Tumbras A Tomas), the new kids on the block (the best falafel in town at Madcapra, vegan ramen at Ramenhood), and just plain deliciousness (Sticky Rice’s panang curry, everything at Eggslut). Do not enter in any state other than ravenous.
