There are many, many places to eat lunch in Westwood, and Fellow is one of the newest. It’s a sit-down spot with a menu that includes standard things like a kale salad and a solid burger, and slightly-less standard things like cajun tater tots and a rock shrimp po’boy. It’s a big, kind-of industrial space, and the staff is friendly, but there isn’t much to distinguish the food here from the Tender Greens down the street - apart from being slightly more expensive.
