A dinner at Restaurant Guy Savoy might cost more than a hotel room during CES, but if you’re going to completely ball out for a dinner, do it here. This is one of the most meticulously-presented experiences in town, with every piece of food looking like it was carved by tiny elves. You’ll start with a seasonal amuse bouche, baguette from the bread cart, and a mountain of butter under a glass cloche. Next come perfectly-prepared mains like dover sole and veal chop. And don’t miss the restaurant’s famous artichoke and black truffle soup, which has an intense earthy flavor accented by shaved parmesan, great for dipping with the mushroom brioche.

If this is a huge celebratory meal, such as selling your startup or getting together for your wealthy grandfather’s birthday, go even bigger with the seven-course Five Star Celebration menu for $650 per person (that includes wine pairings).
