Original Sunrise Cafe serves a straightforward, classic American breakfast daily that’s worth venturing off the Strip. Order the Cajun Prime Rib Beni topped with cheddar cheese and a generous serving of Cajun hollandaise on a hoagie roll, along with the Crunchberry french toast that brings us right back to when reading cereal boxes was still a thing. Even though the portions are large, it’ll be hard to share, because everything is just that good. It’s a great place to bring the family, but not on weekends—they don’t take reservations, so expect to wait an hour or more Saturday and Sunday.
