Lago by Julian Serrano
It’s hard not to be distracted by the iconic view of the Bellagio fountains, but the Italian menu at Lago—and the best frittata in Vegas—will do a good job of keeping your attention. It’s definitely more of a honeymooners and grownups scene, where everyone gets a little more dressed up for brunch than usual. The seafood linguine and the Mediterranean salad with tuna, endive, marcona almonds, olives, and mustard vinaigrette will probably inspire you to come back for a romantic dinner. They also serve brunch on Friday, so book a spot then for a better chance at prime seats.
