Or you could just get three half-gallons every time and conserve some energy. And, while waiting for the delicious fermented juice, there are shelves upon shelves of goods to peruse and spend even more money on, like fancy tinned fish, organic toilet paper, and locally made dumplings or frozen bags of Cochinita & co. tamales.
