Miss Saigon is one of a few BYOB places along this stretch of restaurants on Argyle in Uptown. It’s not the most atmospheric, but choose Miss Saigon for the mi kho (brothless pho) served with crispy bone-in chicken. And definitely order the chicken wings, which are popular enough that the restaurant opened a satellite location focused solely on them.
