Jue Wei Ya Ba Wang
The counter at this Richland Center food stall is covered with metal containers filled with different cuts of pre-cooked meat. Pork, chicken, duck, beef—you can find it all at Jue Wei Ya Ba Wang in Chinatown. The person working will scoop up some duck necks, pig ears, or beef tendons, chop them up, toss them in chili sauce, or brush on a sweet and savory glaze. While the sauces are pretty tasty, we do wish that the meat was heated up before serving.
