Enso Sushi & Bar
With its tunnel-like ceiling, dark lighting, and dance playlist, Enso Sushi feels like it could be the set for a film that’s shooting a rave scene in a subway. But despite the vibrantly painted walls and energetic music, this Wicker Park sushi restaurant is actually pretty low-key. The cavernous space usually isn’t packed, and grabbing a seat is easy since there are plenty of tables and booths. They have a large selection of loaded rolls if you like your maki ingredients to read like the cast of Finding Nemo, but they also have plenty of simpler nigiri and sashimi. Nothing will blow you away, but the food is solid enough for a casual dinner or if you live nearby and want some takeout.
