Honeycomb is probably most well-known for its unique ice cream flavors. Some of them, like the jasmine sea-salt ganache and basil goat cheese, are unbelievably good. But others, like the rhubarb ginger crisp, tend to feel like unfinished experiments. You might have to try a few before you find a favorite, but having to eat more ice cream doesn’t seem like something to complain about.
