Casa Razdora downtown is one of the only Italian counter-service spots in Boston (non-pizza division). It has a huge menu of big sandwiches, all of which are made with good fresh bread that doesn’t overwhelm the fillings inside. If you’re not in the mood to eat with your hands, it also serves pasta to-go, which you can get with your choice of over 20 sauces.
