Located at Texas Saké Company in South Austin in the St. Elmo area, Texas Sushiko is a trailer from the people behind the in-home omakase service Tare. They’re doing taco-style hand rolls, held in custom wood holders. And while they have a set menu, they sometimes have specials thanks to their omakase dinners—recently there were Alba white truffles available as an add-on.
