The Mexican mini-chain Salsa Limón has six locations in Fort Worth and Dallas, and they recently expanded to Austin with a new restaurant on Guadalupe just north of campus. Expect tacos (some with crispy cheese), burritos, breakfast all day, margaritas, and their four signature salsas (tomatillo, jalapeno, piquin, and habanero).
