Batch Craft Beer + Kolaches on Manor Road has been serving, well, craft beer and kolaches for the better part of five years. Now, they’re home to a new food trailer called Lote, where you can enjoy tacos, burritos, and tortas with bread made with Batch’s kolache dough. We can only hope that the kolache-dough torta is the stepping stone the world needs to eventually see the torta-stuffed kolache.
