Lonches—the deep fried mini-subs from Mexico—aren’t something Austin has a lot of. At Lonche Bar, they’ve taken it a step further, by specializing in lonchesitos (a mini version), which just means you can put back more of them, in varying combinations of beef, chicken, soy chorizo, and carnitas. They’re operating out of a food trailer in Pflugerville, off Howard Lane.
