East Side Pies

East Side Pies might not be located only on the East Side anymore, but the adventurous-topping spirit of this local mini-chain still lives on at its four locations (including one at the airport). Much like at all of their locations, the pizzas here arrive on a thin (but not too crispy) crust, and topped with local ingredients. What sets them apart from other pizza spots is the sauce menu—choose from ricotta, black bean, chimichurri, pesto, olive oil, or red sauce, before working your way to the toppings. It allows for an almost endless number of combinations.
