Corazón Azul

Only open on the weekends, Corazón Azul is a trailer parked at Thirsty Planet Brewery on South Congress Avenue near Slaughter Lane, with a small, rotating menu of Mexican dishes. While the menu changes regularly, you can expect to find dishes like huaraches, tlacoyos, and quesadillas, all on fresh-made blue corn tortillas.
