Soon's Bakery

The Soon’s logo may be hard to spot, so rather look for the "bakery & cafe" sign in this Suwanee strip mall. Though it’s a small space, the bakery has a welcoming bright interior. They are known for their milk bread loaves, and that’s what you should get. The soft and fluffy milk breads have a wide range of varieties, from the blueberry or apple to squid ink-flavored. We also enjoy the sweet potato tapioca bread, which is made to look exactly like a sweet potato on the outside and in. If you’re looking for a more savory option, their sandwiches are all made with fresh milk bread as well.
