Of course we’d fall for a place called Bread Connection. But this Taiwanese bakery is more than its name since you can fulfill your gluten fantasies and walk out with a savory pork bento or a pork and rice bowl. We particularly enjoy the Taiwanese chicken nuggets. They’re freshly fried, well seasoned, and have a crispy exterior and juicy interior. We also like that they have traditional pastries, such as pork floss-topped ham and cheese buns, and sesame and coconut buns. There are only a few tables here, so most people ordered to go. And if you do, be sure to grab one of their refreshing, not-too-sweet fruit teas, too.
