Isabella Noble is a British-Australian travel journalist brought up in Málaga and now based between Barcelona and Andalucía. Along with being a Spain expert for The Infatuation, she specializes in writing about destinations all over Spain for international publications such as Lonely Planet, The Telegraph, The Times, Condé Nast Traveller, The Guardian, and The Independent. She is the author of Lonely Planet’s Pocket Barcelona and Pocket Ibiza guides, and has also written Spanish-language guidebooks to Cádiz and several Canary Islands. Her favorite Spanish dish is a perfectly cooked tapa of tortilla, ideally with an orange-infused vermouth on the side.
