The Capital Grille is consistent, which makes it a safe pick anytime you need a fancy steak dinner for big groups or the in-laws. The waitstaff takes their roles very seriously at this downtown establishment where you’ll find deer heads, dark wood, and endless birthday dinners. On the menu is a zesty calamari, tossed with jalapenos and banana peppers, and a perfectly decent and well-marbled 22-ounce ribeye.
