Rosebar

Folks are outside and when they are, they don’t mind going to Rosebar. The two-story club in Dupont Circle has an enclosed rooftop off the back of the second floor, which is tiny, but covered in greenery and roses. A neon sign above the stairs reads “bad decisions make better memories,” and the ear-piercing music, barely-lit dance floors, and three free-flowing bars are there to help.
