Stepping into this basement bar on H Street feels a bit more like you’ve walked into a day spa. There’s ambient music playing while silent waves splash around on the two TV’s, and when your cucumber water arrives, you might think you’re in the wrong place. But we promise Binge Bar isn’t a luxurious health club—it’s DC’s only booze-free bar. Snack on crispy lumpia and sweet, cheesy popcorn (which is free during Happy Hour from 4-7pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays) while you toss back a “reposado tequila” shot that will have you wondering if it’s the real thing.
