At this new spot in Bernal Heights, Julia Zhu and Sandy Zheng create dumplings inspired by their family recipes. They serve traditional xiao long bao, potstickers, and shengjian bao, all with handmade wrappers. They also make dumplings with unique filling flavors. Case in point: the Mission potsticker filled with mozzarella, corn, and chicken, and then topped with crispy cheese. If you’re in the mood for more than dumplings, they have dishes like Mongolian cumin lamb or hand-pulled noodles with guacamole. United Dumplings is open every day (except Tuesday) for takeout and outdoor dining.
