Green Chile Kitchen is the only New Mexican (as in, the state) place we’ve ever encountered. Granted, we’ve never been to New Mexico, so this will have to do for now. From burritos to salads to quinoa bowls to tamales, this spot has something for everyone, and it’s all good. The service can be a bit shaky, but you’re there for the food.
