Sophie’s Kitchen in South Philly has the crunchiest chicken in the city. The casual Cambodian spot serves jumbo wings that stay impressively juicy even though they have such crackly skin. Douse and dunk them in any of the sauces they have here, like sweet chili sauce, lemongrass, or curry dips.
South Philly's I Heart Cambodia works great for a solo meal or a group lunch full of crunchy whole fish, papaya salads, and spring rolls with jumbo shrimp.
The garlic soy wings from this Korean spot in East Oak Lane are definitely worth the trip to Cheltenham Avenue if you don’t live nearby.
