I’m from New Jersey. The Jersey Shore and diners, that’s what we do. So if I say to head down the boulevard (without getting a ticket) to the Ritz Diner, just know you’re gonna get some top-tier home fries and all-day breakfast. One of my favorite dishes to get here is the eggs benedict. The eggs are always firm yet maintain their gooey center, and come served over crispy Canadian bacon and home fries that are light but not so soft that you think you’re eating fried mash potatoes.
