So you want quality seafood but don’t want to sit at a fancy restaurant (or put a massive dent in your wallet) to eat it. For this specific occasion—and if you happen to be near North Philly–head to Pleasure Platters. We love it for a few reasons: the food is always quick (no matter the size of the order), they nail the seasoning, and the menu has almost half of the ocean’s residents on it. Try their snow crab clusters, crispy jumbo shrimp, or lobster dripping in cajun spice. Just save room for their pound cake—it’s the best thing you’ll have all week, until you come back and get another slice.
