The space at at this Center City dive is part local art gallery and part small u-bar, so we don't understand why it’s named after a random guy who never changed his clothes (it's true). There's no food on the menu at the cash-only spot but they rotate drink specials like $12.50 pitchers of Kenzinger and $2.50 for a beer and kamikaze shot. They have a jukebox, so of course, you'll occasionally hear Bon Jovi.
