Gold’s, a restaurant and bar located off Soldier Road, does some of the best souse you can find on Nassau. What separates their version from the rest are the bricks of buttery johnny cake served alongside your choice of tender sheep tongue or chicken. Squirt a dash of pepper sauce and a squeeze of extra lime to tie the whole souse together.
