The €22 per person set menu includes plates like mushroom carpaccio, foie gras with raspberries, stewed meatballs with manchego fondue, and a more minimalist take on patatas bravas: a line of eight stand-alone crispy potatoes, shaped like cylinders, topped with a dollop of sauce.
