Peru Chicha Restaurant

Peru Chicha is a casual, family-run spot where ceviche is top priority. You'll see several varieties on the menu at this Gardena strip mall spot (located between an animal clinic and one of those places where you paint and drink wine), but we usually just get the trio. It comes with traditional el misio, el pituco with ají amarillo, and el frito, a plump, deep-fried fish ball. This is among the best ceviche in the South Bay, and if you want to fill out your table with a few more things, concentrate on the section dedicated to Peruvian-Cantonese dishes. We particularly love the aeropuerto, a giant mountain of fried rice and noodles topped with a fried egg and a protein of your choice.
