Mandolin Taverna
This all-day Mediterranean spot in the Arts District is an import from Miami with a gorgeous garden patio that could rival any outdoor space we've seen in LA. It also happens to be on the ground floor of Soho Warehouse, the infamous social club for avid name-droppers and vaguely employed creatives. While this could make you think of Mandolin Taverna as pretentious, you should know that it's actually just a breezy spot that’s open to anyone who wants to eat Greek-style kebabs under the shade of olive trees. The menu here includes dishes like grilled octopus, lamb chops, and a bunch of mezze that are meant to be shared until sunset.
