Sadly, the 24-hour diner is a dying breed in LA, which makes places like Norms all the more special. Does this SoCal chain have the most elevated breakfast in town? Of course not. But eating a giant omelet with hash browns inside the iconic Googie-inspired location on La Cienega at 2am is an LA right-of-passage—-and a meal that’ll always help you feel better in the morning.
