If waiting for a table at Funke has your patience running thin, head up to the restaurant's rooftop patio. The sprawling space is walk-in only, and we’ve never had a problem snagging a table or a seat at the bar. The menu skews classic, with cocktails like G&Ts, negronis, espresso martinis, and spitzes, plus an abridged selection of snack-y dishes like focaccia, burrata, and amberjack sashimi. In other words, exactly what you want as you watch the sunset behind the Hollywood Hills.
