Sushi Ronin, where beautiful plates of scallops get topped with caviar and sashimi comes paired with fried shrimp heads, is the place to lean into vanity. The service is just as thoughtful as the plating—you can always count on the staff to offer up expert recommendations, but they know when to get out of the way if you know exactly what you want. You could also just stop at the bar for an excellent Japanese whisky-based cocktail or something off their long list of sakes. If you don’t want to deal with the hassle of LoHi parking, there are Sushi Ronins in Lowry and Congress Park, too.
