The Glenwood
There aren’t a whole lot of spots to get barbecue on the strip in EAV, so you’ll always find us at The Glenwood for their cornbread and collards, brunswick stew, and BBQ sliders. While they can't compete with the best 'cue in the A, it's still a solid stop when we want smoky meats and the summer nostalgia of licking our sauce-stained fingers clean. It’s relatively low-key here on weeknights, where you’ll find a few EAVers playing darts or shuffleboard and watching soccer on the TVs above the bar. On weekends, they have DJs who bring a party vibe, in which you’re more likely to see people ordering shots than mac and cheese.
