Even though it's a Tex-Mex restaurant, Rreal Tacos has the same atmosphere as a trendy bar on a Friday night—it’s a little bit of a party. Exhibit A: Titanics are on the menu (10 shots of tequila for anyone unaware). The floor-to-ceiling bar is stocked with enough liquor to fill a tank at the Georgia Aquarium. And we dare you to find a table without a margarita on it. If you can’t commit to one margarita flavor, get the tasting flight. And for a turn-up spot in Midtown, the tacos are surprisingly good. They’ve got all the usual suspects (asada, carnitas, al pastor, chicken, etc.) served on corn tortillas. They top ‘em with onions, cilantro, and two tableside salsas. But their specialty tacos take it up a notch with a crispy avocado option for vegetarians and a picanha steak with pickled red onions and a fresh chimichurri sauce.
