The Brothers Sushi Culver City
Included In
When a sushi restaurant starts expanding around LA, you might worry quality will suffer. That’s not the case with Brothers. This Valley sushi spot has a third location in downtown Culver City that became the neighborhood’s best raw fish option the moment it opened. Dinner service can get spendy, which is why we prefer lunch, when they roll out specials like five pieces of nigiri and a spicy tuna roll for $28, and a fully loaded chirashi bowl for $55. That’s not cheap for a solo lunch, but for a treat-yourself moment, ten kinds of premium fish—including dry-aged toro, shrimp, scallop, amberjack, and uni—over warm sushi rice is worth every penny.
