Milos Wine Bar is a casual bar located under the staircase to Estiatorio Milos, a much fancier Greek seafood restaurant where people blow their year-end bonuses on giant lobsters. Milos is less buttoned-up, and you can stop by in whatever you’re wearing for a glass of Viognier. There’s a friendly somm on hand to recommend a glass from the Greek wine list, and you can order from a bar menu of small plates like grilled octopus and lamb chops, or from the full Estiatorio menu. The bright white space has both bar seats and standing tables where you can sip away while imagining backstories for the people walking up the marble staircase to the main restaurant, dressed like they’re going to a gala on a regular weeknight.
