Everything about LIV is - as we say in Miami - a mission. The very famous Miami Beach club is tough to get into and, once you’re inside, expect big crowds and expensive drinks. It’s not a place most locals bother with at this point - unless there’s an act you really want to see perform or you’re able to mooch off someone else’s VIP section.
Sweet Liberty Drink & Supply Co. in South Beach is where to go for good bar snacks and to day drink.
Broken Shaker in Mid-Beach is where to go for drinks on a tree-lined patio by a pool and to get away from the nearby clubs.
Mac’s Club Deuce is Miami Beach’s best (and oldest) dive bar, with a Happy Hour that goes from 7am to 7pm.
Swizzle is a dark, cozy bar inside South Beach’s Stiles Hotel, and the drinks are really delicious.
