This Uruguayan restaurant on Bird Road is known for its chivito sandwich, which is good, but not a very practical sandwich. It comes loaded with egg, a slightly tough steak, and about five other ingredients that slide right out after the first bite. The dry milanesa sandwich would also be better if it came with a sauce. Still, it’s a fun and family-friendly restaurant, with a big wine selection, cold beer in chilled glasses, and karaoke on Friday night.
