LAReview
If someone asked A.I. to create a “generic, upscale restaurant that wouldn’t look out of place on La Cienega,” Norma would be the result. The large, characterless dining room in West Hollywood is ideal for corporate buy-outs and influencer mixers, while the mediocre menu caters to people who weren't planning to eat much of their dinner anyway. Dishes include extremely salty crab fried rice, roasted vegetables that taste like 2015, and poorly trimmed steak frites with so much gristle, it should be advertised as a half-order. If you’re in the area and desperately need a quick cocktail, the bar is fine. Otherwise, keep walking.
